Tuesday, September 29: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, September 30: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Enter Reliant Park through Gates 10 or 12 and proceed to the Tan Parking Lot, located behind Exhibit Hall B. Heritage staff will direct you to the designated unloading area upon arrival. Exhibitors will have 30 minutes to unload materials and transport them to their booth. You may carry your items into the exhibit hall yourself, or carts and dollies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION Advance Warehouse Opens September 1, 2026 If you’re shipping materials to the advance warehouse, receiving begins September 1. Be sure to review material handling rates in the service manual before you ship. Need shipping labels or have questions about the available shipping options?
