Show preparations are officially in full swing! This week's newsletter is packed with important information to help you get ready for the h+h americas Fall Edition. Be sure to review the newly available Exhibitor Service Manual, complete your exhibitor registration, explore booth package options, and familiarize yourself with the POV Move-In Program if you plan to unload with a personal vehicle. Taking care of these items early will help make your move-in experience as seamless as possible. We're looking forward to welcoming you to Houston and can't wait to see what you bring to the show!
THE EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL IS HERE! Keep an eye on your inbox! You should have received an email from our General Service Contractor, Heritage (exhibitor.services@heritagesvs.com), with instructions for creating your login to the Heritage Exhibitor Portal. The portal is your one-stop resource for preparing for the show. After creating your account, you'll have access to the Exhibitor Service Manual and all service ordering forms, including furniture, material handling, labor, electrical, and other exhibitor services. For your convivence, you can download the full service manual HERE. If you do not receive the email or have any trouble accessing the Heritage Exhibitor Portal, please contact Courtney Hollister at c.hollister@koelnmesse.us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Exhibitors arriving in a personally operated vehicle (POV) may take advantage of our POV Move-In. Enter Reliant Park (formerly NRG Center) through Gates 10 or 12 and proceed to the Tan Parking Lot, located behind Exhibit Hall B. Heritage staff will direct you to the designated unloading area upon arrival.
Exhibitors will have 30 minutes to unload materials and transport them to their booth. You may carry your items into the exhibit hall yourself, or carts and dollies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. HARDWALL BOOTH & FURNITURE PACKAGES NOW AVAILABLE
