• August 31, 2026 — Company Profile Link Due

  Make sure your company profile is complete and up-to-date for the print Directory.

• September 1, 2026 — Advance Warehouse Begins Accepting Freight

  The advance warehouse will begin accepting exhibitor freight on September 1.

• September 1, 2026 — Heritage Custom Orders Due

  Need a custom booth solution or additional services? Submit your custom order to Heritage by September 1.

• September 2, 2026 — Discounted HotelMap Rates Expire

  Take advantage of exclusive HotelMap rates before the discount deadline.

• September 10, 2026 — Exhibitor Special Services Discount Deadline

  Orders for the following services are due by September 10:

  • Third Party Authorization, Specaility Furnishing, Exhibit Labor, Priority Return, Booth Cleaning,and more. 
    Full details and order forms can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual

• September 10, 2026 — Internet & Wi-Fi Discount Deadline

  Place your internet and Wi-Fi orders by September 10 to receive discounted pricing, place your order through the Heritage Exhibitor Portal HERE. 
  Public Wi-Fi is NOT available in the exhibit hall. However, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public spaces and meeting rooms. 

• September 10, 2026 — Exhibitor Registration Badges

  Please make sure your booth staff is registered and has their exhibitor badges. If you still need your registration link, please contact: 📧c.hollister@koelnmesse.us
