As your dedicated Exhibitor Services Team, our goal is to provide the resources, updates, and support you need for a seamless and successful exhibiting experience. Over the coming months, you'll receive a series of these bulletins featuring important deadlines, planning tips, and key information to help you stay on track and make the most of your participation.

We're excited to introduce Courtney Hollister, our new Operations Manager! Courtney will be your day-to-day contact for all exhibit and sponsorship operations going forward.

This transition comes as we celebrate Marisa Goldberg's well-deserved retirement after many years of dedicated service to our exhibitors. We're incredibly grateful for everything Marisa has contributed and wish her all the best in this next chapter!

Credit Card Payment Policy Update
|
|
Beginning August 1, 2026, the following credit card payment terms will apply:
|
|
• The required deposit payment may be paid by credit card with no processing fee.
|
|
• Any additional credit card payments made after the deposit payment will be subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
|
|
• Payments received on or after August 1, 2026 will be subject to the updated policy, regardless of when the contract was originally submitted.
|
|
Exhibitors wishing to make additional credit card payments under the current policy must submit those payments by July 31, 2026.
|
|
|
Beware of Scams: Hotel Bookings & Mailing Lists
|
|
Please keep the following in mind to protect yourself from fraudulent offers:
|
|
• We will never call you to book your hotel accommodations. All official housing is handled through our authorized housing partner, and booking links are shared only in official show communications.
|
|
• We will never offer to sell attendee or exhibitor mailing lists. Any such offers are 100% fraudulent — please disregard and delete them.
|
|
• If you're ever unsure whether a message is legitimate, reach out to us directly before responding or taking any action.
