Will convention staff be vaccinated?

While vaccination is not required for convention staff under current local and state guidelines, all staff are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated and to follow recommended health practices.

Our team is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Staff are trained to follow hygiene protocols and monitor their own health. If any team member is feeling unwell, they are expected to stay home or wear a mask while onsite.

We also provide masks and COVID-19 tests upon request to support the health of our staff and attendees.
