What is included with my booth?

The following is provided in a standard booth:

NO BOOTH CARPET PROVIDED.

Linear, Corner and Perimeter Booths

  • 8 ft high black pipe and drape back wall
  • 8 ft high black pipe and drape side walls

(standard corner booths have only one side draped)

  • 7 in x 44 in booth ID sign with company name/booth number

Peninsula/End-cap Booths

  • 8 ft high black pipe and drape back wall
  • 8 ft high black pipe and drape side walls (side drape can be removed)
  • 7 in x 44 in booth ID sign with company name/booth number

Island Booths

  • No drape or ID sign provided. You can order these from the General Services Contractor.

Parking Upgrade:  Each company that is a main exhibitor will receive one parking pass for the Williams Street Parking Garage across the street from the convention center, ensuring easy and convenient access throughout the event.
