Simplified options to help you transition smoothly between shows.
What are my options for moving my materials after the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival ends on Sunday?
Exhibitors participating in both the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival and h+h americas have four flexible options for moving their booth materials:
🚛 Option 1: Standard Outbound Shipping
Pack up your items, label them clearly, and make sure to visit the RES Service Desk to fill out an Outbound Bill of Lading. This is the typical post-show freight process.
🚗 Option 2: Self-Load and Go
Pack your booth, bring your vehicle to the dock, load your materials, and drive home—just like a traditional move-out. No additional fees.
🔄 Option 3: RES Move to h+h Booth (Free Service)
Prefer a hands-off approach? Simply visit the Service Desk for custom labels to put on your crates or items on Sunday and RES will move them to your new h+h americas booth for free.
- Items will be moved on Monday morning and will arrive at your h+h americas booth by 11am.
- No extra charge—it’s included for dual-show exhibitors.
🛒 Option 4: Push-It-Yourself to h+h Booth
Want to stay in control? You’re welcome to personally push your materials from the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival to your h+h americas booth. Carts will be available at no charge.
Note:
If you’re bringing your items in yourself on April 29–30, there is no cost for self-loading. The same goes for RES-assisted booth-to-booth transfers (Option 3)—just label your items clearly and let the freight team do the rest.
