# May out-of state and international exhibitors sell onsite at h+h americas and the Fabric+Fiber Craft Festival?

**International and out‑of‑state exhibitors may sell taxable goods on the show floor.** If you sell, you must register with the **Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR)**, charge the venue’s local rate, and file after the show. If IDOR registers the Festival as a Special Event, you’ll receive a special‑event coupon; otherwise file ST‑1 (and ST‑2 if needed).
