May out-of state and international exhibitors sell onsite at h+h americas and the Fabric+Fiber Craft Festival?

International and out‑of‑state exhibitors may sell taxable goods on the show floor. If you sell, you must register with the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR), charge the venue’s local rate, and file after the show. If IDOR registers the Festival as a Special Event, you’ll receive a special‑event coupon; otherwise file ST‑1 (and ST‑2 if needed).
