If I have a carrier shipping direct to the convention center for the Fiber+Fabric Festival, do they need to check into a Marshalling Yard?

Trucks will not check into a Marshalling Yard for this show. All vehicles delivering or picking up freight at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center should go directly to F Dock or F Door.

Please provide your carrier with a map to F Dock which is included in the Shipping Section of your Exhibitor Service Manual. Also see this section for all shipping requirements.

• Make sure the driver has the following information: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth Number
• Certified weights tickets must accompany all shipments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
Vehicles must be checked in no later than 2:00 pm to be unloaded by 4:30 pm.
Vehicles checking in after 2:00 pm cannot be guaranteed unloading prior to 4:30 pm.
