If I have a carrier shipping direct to the convention center for h+h americas, do they need to check into a Marshalling Yard?

This show does have a Marshalling Yard and you must inform your carrier that all trucks must check in before proceeding to the show site address. See MAP.

Please provide your carrier with the Marshalling Yard address and ensure your driver has the following information: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth Number

  • Drivers will be assigned a number based on check-in time and will be dispatched once a Bill of Lading is received and dock space becomes available.
  • Please be advised that certified weight tickets are required when checking into the Marshalling Yard.

Inbound Marshalling Yard Hours:
May 4, 2026 - 7:00am - 2:00pm
May 5, 2026 - 7:00am - 2:00pm

Outbound Marshalling Yard Hours:
May 8, 2026 - 2:00pm - 6:00pm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
Vehicles must be checked in no later than 2:00 pm to be unloaded by 4:30 pm.
Vehicles checking in after 2:00 pm cannot be guaranteed unloading prior to 4:30 pm.
